Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Home Verve. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags or accessories included.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been used, washed, assembled, or damaged after delivery (unless the item arrived defective).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

How to start a return

To begin a return, email us at support@homeverve.store with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different variation, the fastest way is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order once your return is approved. Contact us at support@homeverve.store and we'll help coordinate.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@homeverve.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping costs

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund you were expecting, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@homeverve.store and we'll follow up.
