At Home Verve, we want your order to reach you smoothly and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items are processed and delivered.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping times & rates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Domestic (United States): approximately 5–10 business days.
- International: approximately 10–20 business days, where available.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Any applicable free-shipping offers or thresholds will be displayed at checkout when available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Shipping delays
While we do everything we can to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays can occur once a package is with the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@homeverve.store and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Home Verve is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
